What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ for custom sweater production is 500 pieces per style/color. However, we are open to discussing smaller quantities for specialized boutique collections.
What are your standard production lead times?
Typically, our lead time is 60 to 90 days. This begins after the Letter of Credit (L/C) is confirmed and all pre-production samples (PPS) are physically approved by the buyer.
Is your manufacturing unit (Fuji Knitwears Ltd) compliant?
Yes. We maintain the highest global standards. Our factory is fully compliant with BSCI and SEDEX. We also ensure that all yarns used are OEKO-TEX certified to meet international safety and environmental regulations.
What types of machinery do you use?
We use state-of-the-art Shima Seiki computerized knitting machines from Japan. Our capabilities range across various gauges, including 3G, 5G, 7G, 12G, and 14G, allowing us to produce everything from heavy winter knits to fine-gauge sweaters.
What are your accepted payment terms?
We primarily work with Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight. For established partners or smaller sample orders, we also accept Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) terms.
